After I send myself a PM it disappears from PM history, why?

No, I don't see any reason why I'd have to do that.

After sending myself (RossMAN) a PM, I can read it, click done but when I go into my history I don't see it incoming or outgoing.

HTF am I supposed to talk to myself then?

:D

You aren't supposed to PM yourself unless you are bored. Are you bored?

* I have the same problem, it doesn't save the PM in history. This is probably the way the new FT is designed.

You can retrieve the messages from your history by sending yourself another message. When you try to view it don't click on the "read" link, use the "View History" button instead and all you PMs to yourself will be there.

I remember this from a post where someone used the PMs to write themselves notes and wasn't able to delete them from their account to avoid running out of room with the PM limits.

If I open the PM to myself, click read, and then click view history the messages show up twice. :)
