After exiting game (BF4) screen is black.

Started to happen after the switch to the Ti. I exit BF4 and the screen is black like with no signal. I have to manual hit the screen power button to cycle power or select a different input and go back to DP.

System is in the bottom, running windows 10 but was also happening under 8.1.

Monitor is BenQ freesync 27".

Any tips?

What drivers? I'm using 353.62 on Windows 10 for my 980 Ti.

But was also happening with the last windows 8.1 beta ones.

Are you having the same problem? It seems to me the driver or monitor is not switching back to windows mode after exiting the game window.

I don't play BF4, but no games I play have this issue. Do you have another monitor to try?

And I will try. Just got a pop up on the monitor when starting the game saying out of range and had to alt tab.

Nope.

I did some reading and I turned off shadow play and see if it goes away. It was recommended in another forum while searching around.

Using hdmi? Sometimes I'd lose connection after game and would have retoggle inputs to get it to work again

I am using DP. And yes i have to either toggle inputs or turn off and turn back on the monitor.

Well the shadowplay i idea didn't work still happening.
