Not a website, but the book "Creating Motion Graphics with After Effects" is excellent IMO. And it's better than web based tutorials 'cause you don't have to switch between the browser and AE. For short tutorials (like how to create a specific effect) I'll hit the web. But if I'm looking for a comprehinsive<sp?> tutorial I always buy a book (or video).
I just got a book @ the used book store called Adobe Photoshop 6 classroom in a box.
I paid $10.00 for it (it was missing the CD), I would bet that they make one for After Effects as well.
And if you get lucky, you might find a used copy like I did.
