After I burn a cd (I'm using nero on w2k), my computer doesn't recognize cd's when I insert them in either cd drive, the burner drive or the regular cd drive. Also, the drives don't update under "my computer" to show an audio or data cd, and when I click on one of the cd drive icons, it says "please insert cd" when there is already a disk in it.
Rebooting puts everything back to normal though so that it will fully recognize cd's again (either by autoplaying or allowing me to see folders etc.), only to face the same thing if I burn another cd.
Any ideas what causes this or what I can do to get it to read cd's again without rebooting?
