After A Week of Playing BF1942, need some help...Part II

Hi All, been playing BF1942 for about a week now and I have some more questions to ask:

1. Is there a site online that explains all of the on-screen symbols that I see during the game? But more importantly are the symbols with your post-game stats where it lists Kills, and other stats I have no idea what they are? You know when the game is over, and it lists your team performance, well I have no idea what all the numbers mean as I don't know what the symbols indicate. It doesn't say this anywhere in the "manual" I got with BF1942 Deluxe.

2. I'm really interested in joining a clan. Is there one good site that gives info. on this or do I have to look around online and pick one and hope they will accept me?

3. Is there a 'Stats' function with the game, like in Unreal Tournament 2003 so I can check my game performance/Stats online like I can with UT2003. If so, how do I enable it, and what site would I go on to check out my BF1942 Stats.

Thanks all. And BTW, thanks even more for your help in my 1st SupaNewbie post.

The trophy is your number of points. The formula is: 2*(Number of bases captured) + Kills - 2*(Team kills and suicides)
The guy getting electrocuted is the number of kills you made.
The skull is the number of times you died
The last thing is your ping in milliseconds.

The first column after your name is how many kills you got, second is how many units you've damaged (I think) and the third is how many times you've died.

Too many clans out there. Ars has one, I hear it's decent.

Go to

www.bfstats.com

I'm doing this from memory

The first colum is your score, then there's your kills, times killed. The other two columns are ping and your player number (the <#> column). You use player number to kick someone in the console.

I don't know about playing with a clan. I play on a private server and that's much better than playing with a clan, because it's the same group of guys and we don't have scheduled practices and such.

There's no online stats browser that I'm aware of. Might be a third party thing.

Oh yeah, get desert combat. I can't even play regular BF1942 anymore.

Thanks for all the 411 Guys/Gals!

BTW, I did find a Stats Server, BfStats.com Pretty good I suppose, but it has only a minuscule fraction of actual games/battles I played. BOTOH, maybe it's because I seem to play Desert Combat almost exclusively now? And I've only had BF1942 installed for a week, and I haven't even touched the RTR expansion games yet!!

Does the bfstats only work for BF1942, is there a Stats for Desert Combat even though it isn't an official release by EA Games?

Thanks again.
