should i be concerned?

stretch...always stretch....never ever neglect your flexibility.

20 years experience here. in fact take up yoga...it will save your life.

i have done it all....

What you may be experiencing is nerve related, not necessarily blood flow. Pinched or impinged nerve can provide the sensation you are feeling.

Good luck

hmmm nerve....never thought of that. Maybe i'm getting so diesel my giant man muscles are squishing the wimpy nerves.

Past few workouts I've run into that after doing my chest presses. Right hand tends to start tingling a bit the next day & a 'weird' feeling in the shoulder too.

I've been paying closer attention as a result & have also noticed that I can feel some rough 'clicking/catching' in the shoulder joint if keep my other hand on it while putting it though the pressing cycle of motion (without weight).

Not sure if its a temp thing or not since it started when I upped my chest press weight.

iinteresting. I did chest on tuesday . we have the same symtoms. whats our disease.

it only happens to me for a few hours after the workout. If its really intense, i get cramps more than muscles falling asleep if i don't stretch enough.

btw, squated 425lbs today for 3 reps ! Woo!

Yeah when I first started working out. My problem is I throw up after taking spinning classes every time so far. I don't eat right before, but by the end of the class I get really sick feeling. Maybe vigorous exercise isn't for me.

no throwing up after a good work is key. It means you really pushed yourself. I've done it several times.

I never stretch at all and never have any problems. Well, I suppose one could argue that I am stretching when I warm up with a set or two of light weight reps.

Yeah everytime I run a 5k I puke right as I finish. If I don't I know I didn't run as hard as I could have. I just wish I could cycle at that intensity.

Try moving to a cycle that isn't behind some pig with a fat ass.

ive done powerlifting for 13 years now (im 26) and never had the experience from lifting...ive had it from running though, and you pinched a nerve

im not kidding, you slightly pinched a nerve, if it was a pab one you would have pain, but ive had this in my back and leg before from running and its exactly what you described...take a week off and let it heel...or else it will never get better
