No real problems I can't live with. Bought the board mainly because my old DFI Infinity Dark P965-S had issues with external USB drives. But far as overclocking goes the DFI was much better..IMO. I'm able to get 100mhz more with the IP35/E6750 than with my DFI/E4400. The IP35 seems to run a bit cooler overall.
