After ~ 2 years of perfect service from Vonage, its tanked lately

Anyone else having issues?

Its been perfect for ~ 2 years now, no problems at all... Now, around 2 weeks ago, their server goes offline for a few hours, and has issues for a residual 24 hours or so (no dial tone at times, other times worked fine)

Anyway, since then i've had nothing but problems. Scratchy calls, people can't hear me, i can't hear them, calls not forwarding to my cell phone after a certain number of seconds, and a few other issues...

I can't be the only one noticing this, am i?

I couldnt be happier and all of my calls have been crystal clear and free 😀

I was having really bad problems for a while. Turns out my router was incompatible with a comcast server upgrade, and since I have the vonage device inside my lan it was betting borked too.
Replaced the router with a wrt54g with QOS and its worked better than before since. 🙂
 
Maybe your ISP is turning down the network faucet so you'll take a look at their SOON TO BE AVAILABLE BUNDLED VOIP SERVICE! WOW! 😛
 
No apparent problems here. If it's going out in the middle of the day for a couple of hours then I simply don't know about it since no one has been home in the middle of the day for the last couple of weeks.

well it only went out that one day, 2-3 weeks ago.... but since then i've had nothing but problems... everyone was out that day.


 
Nope...no problems at all here since day one...about two years ago. About the only thing I can complain about is sometimes there is a large delay in their voicemail system when I call in for messages.

Are you sure it's not your ISP...a lot of them have been doing crapwith VOIP services so you will go with their offering...
