Thoughout college, grad school and 8 years in the corporate world, I've simply pulled my hair back in a ponytail with a little mousse to control the frizz. If I'm going to move up the corporate ladder (either here or at a different company), I probably need to shed the hippy image so I think it's probably time for a change. I find it amusing that every female friend I've mentioned this to has recommended a different style.
