It looks good graphically. I like the graphic style too. I'm playing it on PS3 right now.. Despite reviews it is fun..
 
There is a setting in the options, but only the main screen. Unfortunately I learned this the hard way and got to sit through the cannot-skip intro twice. Grunt grunt grunt anyone?

That's for the Y-axis, and I couldn't tell the difference between default and inverted. Right on the stick means revolve the camera around Afro to the right, look left.
