I have been stating for years that African-Americans are AWESOME!
I know this is a broad, theoretical statement but there is a mountain of real facts behind it.
In short,whenever African-Americans are given a level playing field they surpass ALL OTHER NATIONALITIES.
African-Americans make-up a little over 10% of America's population.
America makes-up about 5% of the world's population.
That means that African-Americas - looked at as a separate nationality - would make-up one half of one percent of the world's population.
Look at African-American’s impact upon the world in the very short time since they werelegally granted their freedom from slavery in 1865.
Whether it is sports, entertainment, philosophy or in ANY OTHER ASPECT of humanity where there is a level playing field, African-Americans out perform all other existing nationalities on earth.
My thesis for this thread: African-Americans, as a separate nationality are AMAZING!
