Have thought about it. Could just contact those who are selling in Minnesota and see if I can do some negotiating for group purchases and pick them up with no cost for shipping. Does Ebay have rules for outside sales when you are using their website to sell shit?

They have a "Classified" section. If you want to sell "outside" eBay, use that?
