I know you want to help out, whey for me is just a supplement...not a meal replacer. I like whey since I took 'em last year because they're easy to blend, low in carbs and cholesterol. While whey [can] be not good as "real" slice of beef/chicken/animal doesn't make it more useless.

Where's the article to support the claim?
