I'm running a Sempron 2400+ and 1GB of RAM. I had a 9800 Pro that just crapped the bed, so I need something sooner than later. I purchased an X800 Pro from ATI, but it arrived DOA and don't have another to send to me (thought it was good deal at $120, but it doesn't frickin' work).

So my research has lead me to believe that the match-up I'm looking for is 6800GS v. 6600GT v. X800GTO as far as affordable AGP goes.

Anyone wanna weigh in on this and help me out?
 
An x850pro is handicapped. I'd go for an x850xt. They can be had for fairly cheap now. I have one and it still runs everything I throw at it.
