Affiliated Computer Services (ACS)?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me about this company. I am graduating undergrad with CS degree in May. I applied for a software engineer position with them and was accepted for an interview that is coming up soon. Any info, tips, etc. that people could share about them or interviewing with them?

I work for one of the largest insurance companies in the world and we contract ACS for TONS of different tasks that our company does not want to do themselves. I think the location my office uses is in Kentucky. They do a great job for us in various areas like eligibility of clients, and online insurance services for insurance brokers and clients.

I wish I could tell you more but I don't directly work for them, I use utilize them daily. I will say that the company I work for does not settle for anything mediocre or cheap, so I imagine they are well respected and succesful in their market.

They're cheap. To their customers anyway. My last position was lost to them (they undercut our bid severely) and I was offered to keep my position but switch to ACS. I declined after I saw their benefits package, which sucked the big one compared to my current employer and stayed with my current employer in a different position. Several of my coworkers stayed and didn't have too many good things to say about them other than they all got decent sized raises by switching over.

One year later they lost the contract and they all lost their jobs.
