Aerospace Engineers: I have a very important question......about my plans...help please

I want to know what career paths you have gone through. What university(s) did you attend? Whats your degree? Was it worth it? Are you happy? Are you succesful? Is it a difficult job? Is it a fun job? What company you work for? Was it hard at the beginning?....and......what car do you drive and do you have a big house?......I'm just about to go off to college and I need to know...Thanks.

im not an aerospace engineer but i have worked with them, the industry has a lot of ups and downs, you might be with a company for 10 years and then get laid off, as far as how lucrative it is i suspect you'd start around 50k and max out around 100-115k a year unless you go into management.
