I was having an issue with 10 resizing a window when I moved any open window to a new location. I had to completely disable aero snap, which wasn't working correctly anyway, in order to make the behavior stop. When I had it on I could never get it to snap into place in the corners and then it just started resizing any windows that I grabbed and moved to a new location shortening it up by 1/3 just as soon as it started to move. I'm hoping that Redstone appears soon and I'll just do a clean install of 10 and start over which should take about 3 hours to completely restore everything.
