Aero Cool anybody?

I just bought a new CPU fan and heat sink because I need something that is ULTRA quiet. Does anybody have experience with Aero Cool products? The rep at Frys recommended this fan to me as the best solution under $35 dollars. Is this a good solution based on your experience? If not, what do you recommend instead? I am looking for something this is quiet. The intel heat sink and fan just isnt cutting it.

I've never heard of the Aero Cool, so i, personally, wouldn't buy it.

Plus, for only 5 more dollars could get the zalman 7000alcu, which cools very well and is nearly silent.
 
Aerocool products are expensive. I have several fans made by them and they are high quality. Their fans have minimal vibration and I would think they are quiter than your average fan.

Have you looked into Zalman solutions?

stardust, gotcha. newbie here.

as far as the zalman, no i have not looked into it. my main concern is silence. - the closer to silence the better. would you recommend the zalman over the aerocool?
