I just booked my honeymoon airfare to europe, well the flight their. it was incredibly cheap. $211 per person, 1 way, Chicago to Dublin. We'll be flying home via London so going to wait a bit on that to see what prices do.

So I go to seatguru.com and look up the plane... only business class has power adapters... wtf??? argh....

So I'll have 2 laptops and however long i can get out of those batteries... so much for gaming. Maybe I'll just trying to emulators on the plane till the batteries die. ugh...

thats quite typical in economy class. you should be asleep on the flight anyway. get yourself some pills

Only business and first have outlets, where have you been?

That's been the case on any flight I've been on. 😕

You could just read a book.

Only a few airlines have power outlets in economy, Cathay Pacific is one i think and only on the 777's

Mile high club baby! Unless this airline is so cheap they make you pay by the min and ask for a key to use the toilet.

still worth it, especially if hes a premature ejaculator or is in such a big damn hurry to play his video games.

I generally fly AerLingus when I go back to the states. The flights are fine, but I've never been particularly impressed with the friendliness of the staff.

You want to be gaming on your honeymoon flight? Oy!

I don't get the need for electronics on flights. What's wrong with a book?

Wife: "You insensitive bastard! F#^@ off!
OP: "WHAT DID I DO!?"

On the airplane... not that I know of. Watch movies, read books, play games. We just need to pass the time until we land in Europe. I don't plan on playing games once I'm over there.

I have never seen a power outlet in the economy class of a plane, and I have done many trans-Atlantic flights.

I don't know why I assumed that. I guess because 50% of domestic flights I can find the rows that have them. Ah well.

haha it would be even more of a worry if the key is chained to a hubcap

I'm thinking more of the lugging around two laptops. I used to lug around my laptop whenever I'd go India or travel anywhere else. Then I decided to stop doing so and man it was great. One less thing to carry around and worry about losing.

OP has a new red headed baby 9 months later.

If power is such an issue, upgrade to business class. Else, enjoy the other in flight entertainment, or the original in flight entertainment, the window.
