Adware/Spyware Network scanner

Looking for an app that can scan all the PCs in an office for Ad/Spyware. I've played around with Malware and it seems pretty decent but the small definition file (~400) scares me that it really isnt THAT all-encompassing.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Network scanner.
Ie: I have it installed on 1 machine and scan all the machines on my network (or the ones I selected) from my workstation. I'm not running around to 60+ machines, installing stand alone apps and manually scanning

Try MalWare.
Seems ok, but again, due to the lack of definitions it has me a bit worried. I like to compare and contrast too before I deploy

Haha...misread the title...yeah the only network scanner i know of is malware, never had any problems with it.

this one seem to have spyware ... + its an antivirus program as well
