Advise on purchasing a motherboard

Just need some help deciding out of these three motherboards which one to get. I currently have a Radeon 9600XT 128mb so I want to make sure it is compatible the boards are:

MSI K7N2 Delta- ILSR

Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro2


ABIT NF7-M

All are good. Only the MSI will give you soundstorm (if you want it). I would get an Abit NF7_S or the Asus A7N8X-E myself. Both of those are around $85.00 US now and have all of the options like SATA/Raid, and true soundstorm capabilities, and they are tried and true. The MSI is not bad but is still rather pricey.
