Finally have all my parts! Been doing some reading and it looks like there are 2 main issues -

1. How to mount the ninja onto the board?
2. How to attach the fan onto the ninja.

Any suggestions would be much much appreciated!

1. the ninja comes with a backplate and moutning hardware for intel and amd setups. I believe the intel setup uses the two brackets.
2. It depends on the airflow of your case.

cool, so I guess the best would be to use the brackets that came from mobo?

what do you mean airflow? I'm thinking about keeping the stock fans and just add one more fan to provide the best cooling for the ninja scythe for moderate overclocking.

essasin means that the Ninja can mount the fan on ANY side...but which way do you want the air to be blown? This will be important because unlike most HSF (which blow the air *downwards* and cool the chipset), the Ninja blows air sideways ACROSS the motherboard. In most cases, you'll arrange the fan to blow towards the exhaust port on the back of the PC.
