Ok, I just got done reading the thread asking 6800 Ultra or X850XT PE.
Well, I have in my posession an X850XT PE and a 6800GT (both PCI-e).
I paid $499 for the Radeon, and $450 for the GeForce (I know I shouldn't contribute to the price gouging by buying, but meh).
At this point its just opinions that I'm looking for, as I'll be the one to ultimately decide based on my experiences with each card.
I have to get rid of one of them, however much I'd like to run both in my system (which my board actually allows, but the bank doesn't).
Oh, and one more question. I've got a Gainward Golden Sample that is AGP. Should I finally (haha yeah, like I've had it all that long) part ways with it, or should I try to find a way that I could hold onto it? Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, I guess I could potentially keep both the PCI-e cards and sell the Gainward, so thats another thing to consider.
