Advice to new computer programmer

Hey guys I just got a job doing programming and database work. I'm just using this job to get some experience and for the job market to pick back up. What are the best things for me to learn right now??

I know C++, some VB, some Java, HTML, some Oracle, some Access, and just did some Windows CE stuff.
