advice thread(black thursday)

I just went through all the black Thursday ads and pulled out the pocket sized cameras and made a list
chart.jpg

I'm looking to buy a relatively cheap (under $200) camera that I can take around with me for everyday use. I'm in no way a photographer, this is just for concerts/facebook/other stupid stuff. Which of these, if any, should I look into more.

the Nikon Coolpix S60 Cnet review referred to it as slow. Does anyone find it to be annoyingly slow? I hate when you click the shutter and you have to hold it still for what seems like forever just to take a picture of something your dog is doing.

Pretty much the exact same thread I was going to make but you certainly went the extra mile with the chart. I am looking at more of a $150 price range and thinking of the S230.

I live in BFE so the stores you have are much more than I have access to. I am curious as to why you have the S230at $115 listed as not a deal. I had not seen newegg's deal on it and was pretty close to pulling the trigger at $140. Seems pretty darn solid to me.

that chart is a bit confusing. The Newegg and Amazon prices aren't sale prices they are just the price they have right now. I did that so I could compare the "sale" prices to everyday prices. They sales are a deal if they are cheaper than the everyday prices (amazon/newegg prices). The online retailer prices I listed aren't sales or BF specials.
