I recently acquired a domain name for free from register.com

sixty days have passed and I'm able to transfer it somewhere else.

I'd like some advice on where to transfer it to, as well as advice on a host. I registered a domain name that I hope to sell one day, so I won't put much work into the site itself. Probably just a note that it is for sale. This seems to be akin to the fatwallet philosophy of making money. Any related info is appreciated.
