Advice on SCSI HD's -- under $200, best deal in terms of space vs. speed

I dont want to sacrifice speed for space, but space would be nice. atlas 10k 2 looks good at 150, but goodlord, its only 9gb! is there anything better? i would sacrifice speed, but not too much.. storage review only shows numbers and graphs, i would rather hear advice from users.. thanks.

you can get some 5.2ms 10k rpm 18GB drives around a 100 or so on ebay.

68pin u160? what brand? well, i should ask, what models should i avoid, like those that break down, ie 75gxp, westerdigital's IDE drives..
