Advice on purchasing a video card

I'm currently running a Duron 800@1050 on an Asus a7v.
VGA = Voodoo 3 3000

Want to upgrade my video card and thinking of buying one of the following :

1) Creative labs 3d blaster geoforce 2 gts pro 64 mb DDR
2) MSi starforce 815 geoforce 2 pro 64 mb ddr + tv-out
3) Leadtek GF2 GTS pro 64 mb ddr + tv-out

any suggestions or known compatibility issues?

They should be all about the same. I'd go for the Creative, but there's no real reason. I myself bought a Hercules 3D Prophet GTS Pro.
