CPU looks fine, average price I'd say.

out of the 2 sticks of RAM, pretty close I'd say... I prefer the Corsair brand, but that's just personal.

my advice its to dump both and get a single stick of 512 MB , you are not going to notice any REAL improvement with Dual channel and when you eventually get to update again you can just get another stick of 512 MB and then enable Dual channel for ocing porpuses.

but i heard that the Msi Neo motherboard performs better with 2 sticks of ram

i also want to overclock later
 
if you can risk ur room for upgrade you can gain about 1-3%, thats just for the neo2 939 just incase, and if you eventually get other 512mb (2*256) they have to run in ddr 333
