It's been a while since I've OC'ed a system. My last effort was the 1.8A @ 2.4. I honestly haven't kept up with the technology since then so any help would be greatly appreciated. My plans include the following:

Intel 2.4C @ 3.2 or higher (Stock Cooling is mandatory)
Abit IC7 or IC7-MAX3
1GB (512x2) ________ Brand RAM (Best Brand)
120GB x 2 _________ Brand Serial ATA Hard Drives for RAID 0 (Best Brand)
8x DVD+-RW
16x DVD-ROM
128MB __________ Brand Video Card (prefer GeForce and nothing super great here. I still pwn in CS with a GeForce 2 Pro ^_^)
____________ Brand Sound Card (nothing super great here either)
Logitech Z680 Speakers


If you could, please fill in the blanks with detailed answers. Thanks so much for your help!
 
ram brand: Corsair XMS, HyperX, Mushkin (pc 3200, 3500) all are good
HDD: seagate
Video card: i know you said geforce but i'm gonna recommend a 9600 pro anyway 😉
Sound card: creative labs audigy 2 zs
