So I'm helping someone put together a monster dual-socket rig using EVGA's Classified SR-2 motherboard. He plans to overclock it. My thought was to use the Xeon L5640, which is a 2.26GHz, 32nm hexacore model with a TDP of only 60 watts. It seems like the low TDP would allow for a pretty good overclock, but I thought I'd check with you guys to be sure I'm not missing something.
Also, I can't seem to find what temperature it's rated for on intel's spec sheet or anywhere else. Is it even published?

edit: While I'm here, I might as well ask- Would it be better to use a couple of Tower 120 Extreme's on it, or water-cool it? The latter sounds like it would be fairly complicated...
