Advice on new case + PSU

I am looking to buy a new case and PSU and would like some suggestions since I know theres a lot out there and I don't know much about the two.

For the case I have the following criteria:

1. Relatively quiet
2. Aluminum preferably
3. Designed well for cooling
4. Medium size but easy to work in
5. At least one 120mm fan
6. Simple design (not flashy, don't care about side window)
7. Price isn't a huge deal but I'm not looking for something top of the line

For a power supply I don't really care that much, just something that is relatively quiet and reliable. Probably 450W-500W as my new system will most likely have a newer graphics card. Nothing super expensive though.

Thoughts and suggestions?

And while I'm at it, you need to stop being a pansy and buy whatever the fck you want. Like I told other people that post the same damn threads every day ... if you want a PSU that is quiet, google quiet PSU or look at SilentPCReview.com. If you want a good case, google case reviews. I would continue my rant but it would involve me calling you what you are.

Geez, chill out. It seems as people forget that this is a place to ask for opinions. In reality, there's no real reason to have forums, because people could google the answers. However, it is nice to have a community that will help people out.

I'm sorry, but if Kensai came on and asked for an opinion, I'd give it to him no problem. But when these 1 post noobs join up and immediately ask questions asked here 1000 times, I get irritated.
