Advice on my new system build

Hi all, so I finally decided to upgrade to a Core 2 Quad. I do plan to overclock and play games. So far I've narrowed my parts to the following components:

For motherboards, either the ABIT IP35 Pro or ASUS P5K Deluxe/Wifi-AP

Now for memory I am really confused whether what to get. Not sure if I should get DDR2 800 or 1066. I plan to get a processor that has a FSB of 1066 hz. Anyway so here are the final run ups for me.

COSAIR XMS 2GB ~ $91

Patriot eXtreme Performance 2GB (2x1GB) ~79.99

OCZ Platinum Revision 2 2GB~ 74.99

Now some questions that I have are:

1. Better to go 800 or 1066 ddr2 memory?
2. Are the ram Im looking at good for overclocking? I've heard of these Micro D9 chips that are the ones we want to have if we overclock, do these have them?
3. The motherboards I've chosen, which is the better overclocker?

Can you guys please give input on what I should choose for these components. Even recommend me other ones also. Thanks alot guys! Anandtech rocks!
