While there is nothing wrong with the parts you picked, why not get the more current setup, ie Intel Core i7-9700K? Unless the 850W is on sale, I'd stick with the 750.

Perhaps a better CPU cooler too, like a Corsair H100 or a good Noctua air cooler.
