My computer died and I'm going to replace the MOBO, ram and cpu. Money is tight and I'm trying to get the most bang for the buck. I game as well as work on my computer.

I saw the GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3L on newegg for 85 bucks. Looks like a decent value, but maybe there is a better choice.

For the cpu, I think the E8400 is a great deal. Ram is cheap so I thought 4 gigs of PC6400. My old 6800 GT is terrible for games I play, so I'm thinking Radeon 3850. I'm on a budget so I can't get the more powerful cards. I want a new HD as I was already running out of space before my computer went down. There is a 640 gig HD for 85 bucks on newegg.

I'll use my existing case/PSU (550 watts), IDE optical drives (will they work with this MOBO?) and monitor.

Here is what I put together on newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/...82E16822136218&bop=And

Can you guys tell me if there is any compatibility issues? Thanks in advance!
