Advice on Memory for Asus P4P800E Deluxe/3.0ghz Prescott

I just upgraded my P4PE/2ghz to a P4P800E Deluxe/3ghz Prescott. I have not purchased new memory yet and still have 2*512m PC2700/DDR333 in channels 0 and 1 for dual channel. My first question is, is it worth it to upgrade to PC3200? What types of gains would I see in Farcry for example? I read a good white paper which shows marginal improvements in Quake between 2700 and 3200 in dual channel configs. Still, I am wondering if the 533FSB Mem is slowing down the CPU when it can do 800FSB. I was looking at newegg and they have Kingston 512m sticks for under $50. Also, what is the real diff between two identical DDR400 sticks sold separately and two identical sticks sold as a "Dual Channel" pair? I dont want to spend twice as much for a small gain in performance.

Thanks for the help.

looks like you've answered your own question I think - btw pc2700 would be "fsb666" not "fsb533", assuming there is a divisor on your motherboard to support this speed.

You won't get massive gains from faster memory, but you've bought a nice system, and someone is going to suggest it was a waste if you don't finish it off...
