Advice on MB for 2600K Sandy Bridge

I need advice on a new motherboard for a 2600k processor. I don't fully understand OC in bios but I'd like to do an easy OC if I could. This is for mainly video editing & After Effects work. I'd like to slowly upgrade my RAM, Graphics Card but Motherboard comes first.

I currently have a Asus P8P67 LE (each bios version seems buggy)

Get one with 1155/Socket H2... with Z75 or Z77 chipset.

Any board (ASRock, ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI) with that will:
A. Support that processor, and Ivy Bridge
B. Allow for easy overclocking to at least 125%
C. Support USB3 & PCI-E3, with at least 2x, SLI/CF, RAID, IGPU, 1600MHz RAM, etc.

Otherwise... be more specific, or just browse the forums.

I would recommend the GIGABYTE GA-Z77-HD4 from newegg for only $130 + shipping. Good solid board, 4 memory slots for additional memory for when your doing your video editing & After Effects work.
