Advice on MB cooling.

Having some issues with my motherboard running alot hotter then it shoulder, case has several internal fans as well as one external fan blowing directly on the bridges with the case open. Took a speecy screenshot to upload if it helps. Any serious advice appreciated.

1) How are you measuring the temps?

2) What's your standard for too high?

3) Are you experiencing any kind of instability from the temperatures?
