Advice on Gaming PC

I am planning to build/buy my first gaming computer with the following specs, let me know what you think.
Any suggestions will be helpful.

Antec Nine Hundred Two Version 3
Intel Core i5 2500K
ASRock P67 Extreme4 Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws-X 8GB(2x 4GB) Memory Kit - 240pin DIMM - PC3-12800 / DDR3-1600 - CL9
Radeon HD 6970
OCZ Vertex 3 SSD (When it comes out)
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 7200 RPM
Samsung 24" BX2450 Widescreen LED Monitor
LG 22x DVD Burner
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium PCIe Fatal1ty Pro Series
Corsair 750W HX-750 Power Supply
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional, 64-Bit, DVD, Single Pack, OEM
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus CPU Fan Cooler

Look fine, however the PSU is a bit overly powerful, you also dont really need Windows 7 Pro (unless you KNOW you need it), I would suggest the SAMSUNG F3 HDD instead of the WD Black. You can get the 6950 and flash it to the 6970 if you would like. You dont need a sound card unless you are going high end audio.

I'd also add that you won't be able to tell a difference between DDR3 1333 and DDR3 1600. Might as well save $20 IMHO.

You have done your homework and selected good components.

I generally agree with the above, but keep the stronger PSU if you plan to OC the CPU and graphics card or want to leave open the option to Crossfire later.
