Looks good to me! For around the price of a 7950GT, a 1900xt is probably a faster option

Don't invest your money in this good equipment and then risk possibly messing some of it up by overclocking, IMO.

I would definatly go with something better than a thermaltake PSU. They have weak 12v rail ratings, and use low quality components. Not a good choice for such a nice system. Enermax, Seasonic, Fortron, Enhance are all much better better quality.

Vanilla P5B if you are going Nvidia card.

A better PSU, ie, no Thermaltake. Check out Enermax Liberty

e6300 or e6400 and overclock to 6600 speed (or more)

22" ws (like the Acer) with the extra money.

Those are my suggestions.
