I intend to build a computer with a 1.33 GHz Athlon (Thunderbird) 266 FSB CPU. I would like to use the EP-8K7A mobo and the Enlight Medium ATX Tower Case Model EN-72370X3. The mobo is not on AMD's recommended list and the case is not on their recommended list for this CPU (it has a 300W) power supply. I intend to add a CD-RW and DVD to this computer.
First of all, can this mobo be used with this CPU? The mobo manual says: AMD Athlon 600 MHz ~ 1.2 GHz.
Even though the case is not on AMD's recommended list, will it be sufficient?
