Advice on Card for Home Video System

I am about to construct a system that will be slanted toward editing and producing home video and outputting back to tape or DVD. Monitor will probably be a 17" LCD (brand and model TBA).

There seems to be a few different cards apparently optimised for the task:

ASUS V9560 Video Suite
A9600 XT TVD VIVO (maybe)

One of the All-in-wonder line?

Does anybody here have any experience and reccomendations?
