Here is a link to the car for sale :

I know the guy that is selling it, I asked him about the fact that audi's tend to be expensive to repair and he said that he's fixed the abs sensor, belts, 2 of which are extremely expensive. Should I consider this car, and if so, what should be a resonable offer? $9000-$9500?

I would not buy an Audi without a new car or CPO warranty. I've had many problems out of mine -- nothing extremely major, but as hassle nonetheless.

Yeah, I figured maintenance might be expensive, but how long can I expect this car to last? 150K?

Just nagging issues. I haven't had the transmission break or engine die, but nagging things that shouldn't happen.

Not a question you will find an easy answer to. I don't know of that many Audis with very high mileage, and it is a turbo car, so just wait until you have a problem with the turbos or system. My advice would be to not buy this car.

I've got an old audi

250K on the clock, and it's turbo.. not too many problems.

I looked at the same model and year car. It had 10K fewer miles and the asking price was $9999. This was at a dealer about a year ago. I would probably pass.
