Advice on anti-glare filter

At work I sit with a window on my back. There is a lot of light reflection on my monitor (HP LA2205wg) (LCD TN). I am considering an anti-glare filter.

Can anyone recommend a good one?

Is it possible to change the angle of view by relocating the monitor? I have never found an anti-glare filter I liked. Is there room to put an A-frame or butcher paper easel behind you? A curtain? A window shade?

Those are all decent shields. You might also consider making a hood out of file folders and tape.
