Advice on an SLi

I've got about $300 to spend on a new card, would the 7900GS SLi be the best for money?

Or a single card with higher specs?

I would wait until those $299 8800GTS's and other DX10 derivatives come out from Nvidia.

OP, Do you have any interest for DX10 ? If not...Wouldnt 7900GS SLI be faster than one GTS ?

An 8800GTS (current, not 320MB, I don't know how much the division of RAM will impact performance.) is as fast as 2 7900GTs in SLi. So, 2 7900GSs would not be as fast as 1 8800GTS.

No.

I've done one SLI setup (dual 7900GTO) and now that I've been there/done that, IMO it was a waste of money.
