am a noob when it comes to taking pictures so would appreciate any advice.
thisone came out really well but this and this came out very poorly and I am not sure why.. The camera in use a a Panasonic Lumix FZ7
 
the last pic looks like the shutter speed is too slow....the 2nd pic I would have used the action setting
