what do i need to allow me to run my vcr tapes through computer so that i can burn them to cd (want to transfer years of family movies to dvd

I want to purchase a 6800 gt (preferable from bfg) but im not sure if it will do this

don't you need a tv in and tv out for this?

can you buy an additional card to do this application?

really don't want to sacrifice the capablity of the 6800gt (games) just to archive my vhs tapes

and advice will be appreciated....
