Advice needed on US RF modulator

Hi. I have recently made a big big mistake. I am in UK. I forgot the difference between UK and US. I bought from US two NTSC Rf modulators. Well, I was shocked when I realised they differ in AC voltage and TV systems. I fix the voltage differences by buying a 240V to 110V adaptor and that's the simple part. The TV systems difference of NTSC and PAL is bigger. I am really straining my budget now. I wanted to connect my freeview box or digital TV box output (PAL) to a TV (PAL) which is 5 m away using an rf/uhf or antenna cable. Any ideas are welcome particularly low-budgeted ones.
