Advice needed on a new cooler

Have a mid tower case and want to replace stock cpu cooler(intel e6400). Have a ga- 965p-ds3 mobo. Would like a recommendation for a cooler that does not require mobo removal. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Will only do mild ocing(2800-3000).

Have cpu at 2800,stable(2hr. Orthos Blend(I stopped)). Idle 48c. Stressed 60-62c. Using CoreTemp.

Arctic Freezer Pro 7. Mainboard does not need to be removed.
Provantage.com has'em for $16+shipping.
It's a good unit and pretty quiet.
