Which scsi raid card would be better?

LSI megaraid enterprise 1600 or a 21320-R

I have a lsi megaraid 1600 elite that I would like to replace.

My system specs.

Asus ncch-dl 64 bit slot
2 x Xeon
pqqi 1 gig ram
Nocona 2.8 64 bit 1 meg cache
x800 pro
audigy 2 zs
cooler master stacker case
File / web Server and photoshop, dreamweaver, apache, php, mysql, zend optimizer, dual boot win xp and suse 9.3.

Thank you.

The 21320-R is using an advanced version of LSI's normal dual-channel SCSI processor chip. While this is far superior to any CPU-software driven RAID, it is a far cry from the MegaRAID series adapters. These use one to several SCSI processor chips, and another dedicated RISC processor plus a lot of RAM to orchestrate them.

The only difference between the enterprise and the elite is the number of channels. If you need more external channels then I guess get it, otherwise I don't see a point in upgrading. There would be absolutely no performance benefit.
